4 minutes of your life worth spending!

Some years ago I interned at a semiconductor manufacturing plant. These are where the microchips in your computer, phones, memory and every electrical silicon device you can think of are made. The microscopic nature of the chips meant that even tiny metallic particles, much smaller than dust particles, can render a batch of chips worthless. For this reason, we are required to go through a procedure to adorn a clean-suit and a series of washing and air blowing in a particular fashion to ensure that we do not bring contaminants into the cleanroom. It is a difficult and tedious process – NOBODY likes it, but it must be done.
Likewise, sin is a contaminant in our lives. God wouldn’t allow any of it in His Kingdom – Heaven. Through sin, death and sorrow entered the world, and every horrible thing you could imagine is a result of sin. Heaven is like a perfect cleanroom, and God will not let sin ruin the eternal Glory of Heaven which he has reserved for His People.
Often times I have heard that Jesus or Christians are narrow minded, shallow, selfish – you name it. It is unfair that people can only enter Heaven by believing in Jesus and his Sacrifice – surely there are good people out there that deserves heaven? Or, “Well, I’m good and I think I deserve to go to heaven.” Good is just not GOOD ENOUGH!
You see, the good news is precisely this: That God has provided a way to wash the contamination of sin, and adorn the cleansuit that makes us clean, which is the blood of Christ. Like there is only one proper way to get into the cleanroom which I worked, one tedious protocol of wearing a cleansuit, adorning a headdress, going through a passage of air blowers and hand washing – the ONLY way that God ordained a sinner to enter into Heaven is by accepting the Sacrifice of a SINLESS Lamb of God who took on human form, Jesus – whose BLOOD cleanses us of ALL CONTAMINANTS of sin.
His House, His Rules. By the way, you know that Jesus didn’t HAVE to die the gruesome death on the Cross, but out of Love He did anyway?
The better news is this; you don’t have to pay a cent. You CAN’T. You don’t have to do a thing. You just CAN’T! The price is too great. All you need to do – is RECEIVE by faith!
“That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.” Is that complicated? I don’t think so. From the point of receiving Jesus as your Lord and Saviour, you are a new person and will naturally want to turn away from the old and unhealthy habits (In Christianity, we call this repentance), if you had truly believed with your heart.
Indeed, Jesus said: “I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.”
Heaven is so uncomplicated, that Jesus gave a parable of the wedding banquet found in the book of Matthew.
2“The kingdom of heaven is like a king who prepared a wedding banquet for his son. 3 He sent his servants to those who had been invited to the banquet to tell them to come, but they refused to come. 4 Then he sent some more servants and said, ‘Tell those who have been invited that I have prepared my dinner: My oxen and fattened cattle have been butchered, and everything is ready. Come to the wedding banquet.’ 5 But they paid no attention and went off–one to his field, another to his business. 6 The rest seized his servants, mistreated them, and killed them. 7 The king was enraged. He sent his army and destroyed those murderers and burned their city. 8 Then he said to his servants, ‘The wedding banquet is ready, but those I invited did not deserve to come. 9 Go to the street corners and invite to the banquet anyone you find.’ 10 So the servants went out into the streets and gathered all the people they could find, both good and bad, and the wedding hall was filled with guests. 11 But when the king came in to see the guests, he noticed a man there who was not wearing wedding clothes. 12 ‘Friend,’ he asked, ‘how did you get in here without wedding clothes?’ The man was speechless. 13 Then the king told the attendants, ‘Tie him hand and foot, and throw him outside, into the darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’ 14 “For many are invited, but few are chosen.”
The Only Dress Code Allowed: ““I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.”
Friends, you are invited. But take note, there is a dress code. Like the cleanroom requires a cleansuit – the Wedding Banquet of the Lamb requires that you adorn yourself with the righteousness of Christ, which is His blood sacrifice and all you need to do is to accept it! As with all relationships, this beacons the start of a loving relationship between you and God. Yes, Jesus loves you very much indeed, and the entry to Heaven is based on that loving relationship. But you must respond to this offer, and you should do it soon, if not NOW! Jesus stands at the door of your heart knocking today, let Him in today – and He can restore all the brokenness, the emptiness of an unfulfilled life if you let Him, because only He can give TRUE JOY, TRUE PEACE, AND TRUE LOVE! Do you think Heaven is going to be boring? Sitting on clouds, playing on harps, singing hymns forever? The Marriage Supper of the Lamb I assure you is not boring. A banquet IS a party! The wonders of Heaven that God has prepared for us we cannot even begin to fathom. And for all eternity, enjoying fellowship with one another and most importantly, with Jesus. If you don’t know Jesus yet, you might think this is strange, but when you do – you do not want to live a moment of your live apart from Him, much less FOREVER.
The FREE offer stands while you are still ALIVE. Don’t be that guy, or girl standing outside of Heaven’s Gate knocking on the DOOR, you will NOT be let in. (Jesus’ words, not mine.)
ps.
Don’t be deceived into thinking you can party in Hell dear friends, Heaven is where the true party is.
